Our remote supervision program can be intensive and may require a lot of work; however, it is the essential piece that prepares you for the certification exams and, most importantly, for working in the field as a behavior analyst.

Who Qualifies for the BCBA Supervision Program?

Our remote BCBA supervision program is for committed candidates who meet the following requirements:

Eligible for supervision per BACB Experience Standards (This includes being enrolled in an approved ABA Master's or certification program)
Employment or placement in an ABA setting or access to a client who could benefit from ABA services, with the appropriate consents:
- Consent from the employer or on-site supervisor
- Consent from the client to be recorded and observed remotely by our BCBAs
Ability to complete 20 to 130 experience hours per month
Have access to a computer with internet access, as well as a webcam, microphone, and video recording device.

How Our BCBA Supervision Services Work

Free Perfect-Fit Consultation

During our 30-minute initial consultation, we will discuss the supervision program overview, curriculum, and requirements. During this conversation, we can determine if the program is the perfect fit for you. You’ll have the opportunity to sign the required supervision contract and schedule your first set of supervision sessions.

Weekly Supervision Meetings

We will meet weekly to discuss the unique cases you are currently working on. You will learn how to implement task list items with your clients under the guidance of your supervisor. Meetings also include terminology and research study review, as well as concepts in accordance with the current BACB Task List.

Observations & Video Reviews

As a candidate in our BCBA supervision program, you will provide video samples of work implementation. These videos will be reviewed at least once per month (in order to meet BACB requirements). We provide a HIPAA-compliant system for uploading video observations.

How Much Does BCBA Supervision Cost?

Our hourly rate for fieldwork supervision is $75 per hour. The BACB requires supervision equal to at least five percent of your fieldwork each month. For example, if you have 20 hours of fieldwork, you will need at least one hour of supervision. There is no monthly contract, giving you the flexibility to cancel services at any time.

We also offer group BCBA supervision programs at $40 per hour and access to a private Facebook group community for exam study prep.

BCBA Supervision FAQs

You will be overseen by one of Regal Behavior Solutions’ Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
You will receive a Monthly Experience Verification Form that has been signed electronically by both you and your supervisor. The form will list your Independent Hours when the supervisor is not present and your Supervised Hours when the supervisor is present. This form must be retained by you for seven years.
If your university requires additional documentation for each contact, your supervisor can complete it if needed.

Unfortunately, no. Regal Behavior Solutions accepts payment for the Remote Supervision Program via an invoicing system, with payment accepted only by PayPal, credit, or debit cards.
Yes! We are currently offering group supervision and access to our private Facebook community for exam preparation.
We will be going over the BACB Task List, 5th Edition.
That is perfectly okay. Everything is done remotely, so you can rest assured you will be able to obtain your supervision hours.
However, you must meet the requirements to be eligible for this program. This includes having obtained employment or placement in an ABA setting or access to a client who could benefit from ABA therapy.
Yes! There is no monthly contract for supervision at Regal Behavior Solutions. We are here to help you transition to your new supervisor and ensure you have all the required documents to continue supervision elsewhere.
