Our BTs and RBTs are where the magic happens. Working directly with each learner across clinic, home, and community settings, they bring treatment plans to life — session by session, skill by skill. Under the guidance of a BCBA, our technicians are the hands-on heart of every breakthrough and the driving force behind the meaningful progress our clients make every day.
Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician
Our BCBAs are the clinical backbone of everything we do. They conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and ensure every goal is implemented with precision and purpose — across clinic, home, and community settings. Collaborating closely with each learner's support team, our BCBAs don't just build plans; they build pathways to meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Our FETs are graduate-level clinicians in the making. Completing their master's-level fieldwork in Applied Behavior Analysis, they deliver hands-on therapy support across clinic, home, and community settings — gaining real-world experience while contributing meaningfully to the progress of every learner they serve. Fieldwork Experience Trainee
Our Station Coordinators are the architects of the fun. They design and lead each camp activity station, keeping the energy high and the experience intentional. Every station is thoughtfully planned to engage learners, support skill-building, and create moments worth remembering — because at Regal, even the fun has a purpose.
Summer Camp Technician (BT/RBT)

Summer Camp Station Coordinators
Our Clinical Care Coordinator is the connective tissue between families and the care they need. From intake to ongoing support, they ensure every family feels informed, heard, and never lost in the process. They coordinate schedules, manage communications, and work behind the scenes to keep care running smoothly — because a great clinical experience starts long before a therapy session begins.
