Fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates

Supervision should build a competent analyst, not just accumulate hours. Ours is structured, individualized, and built around the parts of the task list you're actually weakest in.

A woman and a man sitting at a small wooden table looking at a planner or notebook. The woman is pointing at something in the notebook. There is a green mug on the table and a bookshelf with books and a potted plant in the background.

What's included

  • BACB-compliant individual and group supervision

  • Task list coverage targeted to your specific gaps, not a fixed curriculum

  • Direct observation with real feedback

  • Case consultation and ethics discussion

  • Documentation that meets BACB requirements

Remote and in-person

We supervise candidates on site in Florissant and remotely for candidates elsewhere, within BACB requirements for supervision format.

Why this matters to us

Tamesha had a supervision experience that shaped how she practices, and she built Regal's supervision program to do the same for the next group. The St. Louis region needs more qualified behavior analysts, and supervision is where that starts.
