Tamesha Bland, MA, BCBA, LBA, IBA
Meet Tamesha Bland – a powerhouse born and raised in Kansas City, MO now residing in the St. Louis area, balancing the roles of wife, devoted mother of four, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst on a mission to transform lives. With a specialization in high-intensive behaviors and caregiver training, Tamesha's journey into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began as a paraprofessional in self-contained classrooms. Since then, her passion for learning has soared to new heights.
Tamesha earned her Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Health Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia before achieving her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lindenwood University. An international behavior analyst and the visionary author of "Take Back Your Peace of Mind," Tamesha is the driving force behind Regal Behavior Solutions. Her practice, serving the St. Charles County and St. Louis County areas, offers comprehensive in-home, community, and now center-based services.
Beyond her thriving practice, Tamesha champions accessibility to ABA for all, holding pivotal roles on various boards, organizations, and communities. Tamesha recognized the need for ABA services and the extremely long wait list, with hopes to reach more families and individuals during their time of need. Her unwavering commitment to representation and education ensures that the science of ABA reaches every corner, empowering individuals and transforming communities.
CEO and Founder
Kacey Love
Kacey Love serves as the Director of Administrative Services at Regal Behavior Solutions, bringing approximately eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including six years in leadership.
While much of Kacey’s work happens behind the scenes, her favorite part of her role is advocating for families on the back end. Whether she is navigating insurance barriers, helping families access services, coordinating administrative processes, or finding solutions when challenges arise, Kacey is passionate about making sure families have someone in their corner. She believes the administrative side of ABA plays an important role in ensuring families can access and continue receiving the services that matter to them.
Kacey also has a passion for supporting employees and creating systems that allow teams to do their best work. She is currently pursuing her graduate education in Organizational Leadership and is committed to continuing to grow as a leader while strengthening the employee and family experience at Regal.
When Kacey isn’t at work, you can usually find her spending time with her kids or coaching cheer. In her downtime, she loves watching Grey’s Anatomy or anything Marvel, building LEGO sets, and playing board games with family and friends.
For Kacey, “Working Towards What Matters” means doing the work behind the scenes that helps families feel supported, employees feel valued, and the people Regal serves have access to the care they deserve.
Director of Administrative Services
Jessica Jones, MS Psy., BCBA, LBA, IBA
With more than 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Jessica Jones is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and clinical leader committed to helping individuals achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in ABA, is licensed to practice in Missouri and Georgia, and holds the International Behavior Analyst (IBA) credential. She is also pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior Management at Webster University, expected December 2026.
Jessica has supported children and adults across clinical, school-based, in-home, and independent living settings, developing more than 150 individualized behavior support plans for people with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and mental health diagnoses. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
Jessica currently serves as Regal's Assistant Clinical Director, where she pairs clinical expertise with supportive leadership. She believes effective leadership means creating a safe space where staff feel comfortable sharing what's affecting their success — when staff are supported in becoming their best selves, they're better equipped to serve clients and families well.
Beyond her clinical leadership, Jessica co-founded the Missouri Black Behavior Analysis Community (MOBBAC) and The ABA Pathfinders (TAP), and advocates for equitable access to ABA services in underserved communities. Through Unapologetic Behavior Consulting, she provides training, mentorship, and community education across several states.
Jessica lives in St. Louis with her husband, Greg, their three sons, and their dog, Deuce. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY crafts, drawing, film and TV, event planning, traveling, and being active in her AKA sorority chapter.
Assistant Clinical Director
Catrina Warren
Catrina Warren is a Provisional Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) at Regal Behavior Solutions. She earned her bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2019 and completed her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Lindenwood University in May 2025.
Catrina is passionate about ABA and committed to making a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of the individuals and families she serves. She's driven by compassionate, evidence-based care and values building supportive, collaborative relationships with clients and caregivers alike. Looking ahead, Catrina hopes to specialize in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and one day develop an adult day program that integrates ABA services with strong, values-driven principles.
Outside of work, Catrina enjoys singing, exploring fashion, and thrifting for unique finds. She loves meeting new people and brings a warm, energetic presence to every interaction — the kind of person who makes clients and coworkers alike feel right at home.
Provisional Licensed Behavior Analyst
Tasha Crenshaw
Tasha is a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with extensive experience in healthcare and mental health. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, providing her with a strong interdisciplinary foundation for her work.
Throughout her career, Tasha has supported individuals across diverse clinical settings. She combines behavioral science, psychological principles, and compassionate care to develop effective, person-centered interventions. Her practice is grounded in ethical decision-making, data-driven treatment, and a deep commitment to improving the quality of life of the individuals and families she serves.
A proud mother of three and a St. Louis native, Tasha enjoys spending her free time with her family and her dog, Blue. She also enjoys true-crime and suspense television, with Law & Order serving as her comfort show.

Provisional Licensed Behavior Analyst
Marcus Broadway
Marcus J. Broadway is a dedicated Lead Registered Behavior Technician whose passion for helping others is rooted in more than a decade of service and caregiving. Born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, he's currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Mental Health at Webster University.
Before entering ABA, Marcus spent over 12 years with the Illinois Department of Human Services and provided private caregiving for individuals with dementia — experiences that shaped his commitment to serving others with compassion, patience, and dignity. He relocated to St. Louis and entered the ABA field about two and a half years ago, advancing to Lead Registered Behavior Technician. He is CPI, CPR, and MANDT certified.
What motivates Marcus most is knowing he can change people's lives every day through patience, consistency, and genuine compassion — for the individuals he serves and for those he mentors in his community.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys cooking, shopping, and singing gospel music. His faith is central to who he is, and he lives by the motto: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Peyton Berndt
Meet Peyton Berndt – a dedicated member of the Regal Behavior Solutions team with a passion for making the journey to ABA services feel more organized, accessible, and supportive for families. Working across client intake, billing, and administrative operations, Peyton helps connect the many moving pieces behind the scenes, from enrollment and insurance verification to authorization and service coordination.
Peyton earned her Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Harford Community College and plans to continue building her knowledge in finance, business operations, and organizational development. She is currently developing the Regal Impact Initiative, a project focused on strengthening community outreach, building meaningful partnerships, and bringing ABA education and resources to communities near and far.
Outside of Regal, Peyton can usually be found at the gym, on the soccer field, catching up on the Marvel universe, or spending time with her husband and family, with her faith remaining an important foundation in her life.
