Insurance and cost, explained plainly.

Cost is usually the first thing families ask about and the hardest thing to get a straight answer on. So here is ours, in plain language, with no forms to fill out first.

Plans we're credentialed with

Don't see your plan? Reach out anyway. Coverage networks change, and in some cases we can pursue a single-case agreement with your carrier. We'll tell you honestly whether it's likely to work rather than leaving you guessing.

What ABA therapy actually costs a family

Missouri law requires most health plans to cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. What you pay comes down to your specific plan — your deductible, your copay or coinsurance, and your out-of-pocket maximum.

For families on MO HealthNet or a DMH waiver, ABA services are typically covered with no out-of-pocket cost.

For families on commercial plans, cost varies, and we won't guess at your number. We verify your benefits directly with your carrier and give you a written estimate before your learner starts. You'll know what you're looking at before you commit to anything.

We verify your benefits for you

You don't have to call your insurance company, sit on hold, or decode a benefits summary written for someone else. Send us your insurance information and we'll contact your carrier directly, confirm what's covered, and walk you through what it actually means for your family.

There's no cost for this and no obligation to enroll.

If you don't have coverage

If you're uninsured, underinsured, or between plans, tell us anyway. We can point you toward Missouri Medicaid eligibility screening, DMH waiver programs, and regional resources.

Getting someone the support they need shouldn't come down to having the right card in your wallet. That belief is why Regal exists.
