Terms of Service

Effective August 2026  •  Governs use of regalbehaviorsolutions.com and our online forms and messaging

These Terms govern your use of our website and online communication tools. They do not govern your treatment. If you receive services from Regal Behavior Solutions, your care is governed by the Master Consent & Authorization Packet 2026, the Learner & Caregiver Handbook 2026, and your financial agreement — not by this page.

SECTION 1  |  ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing regalbehaviorsolutions.com, submitting a form, requesting information, or communicating with us through the website or text messaging, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to submit information through this site.

SECTION 2  |  WHAT THIS WEBSITE IS — AND IS NOT

What it is

  • General information about applied behavior analysis and the services we offer

  • A way to request information, ask a question, or begin an intake inquiry

  • A place to access our policies, forms, and published resources

What it is not

  • This website does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, or behavioral advice

  • Content on this site is general information and is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified professional

  • Using this site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us does not create a provider–client relationship

  • A provider–client relationship begins only when services are formally accepted, consent documents are signed, and services commence

This website is not monitored for emergencies. Never use this site, a web form, email, or text message to report an emergency or a crisis. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. For poison exposure, call 1-800-222-1222.

SECTION 3  |  INQUIRIES, FORMS & APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

  • Submitting a form or requesting an appointment is a request, not a confirmed appointment

  • An appointment exists only once we confirm it with you directly

  • Acceptance of services depends on eligibility, funding, availability, and clinical appropriateness — we cannot guarantee that we can serve every inquiry

  • We respond to inquiries within one business day during business hours (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday)

  • Please provide accurate information; incomplete or inaccurate information may delay a response or an intake

Do not send sensitive information through the website

Web forms and email are not fully secure. Please limit what you send to what is necessary to route your inquiry. Do not send detailed clinical history, insurance card images, or other sensitive records through the website unless we have given you a secure method for doing so.

SECTION 4  |  COMMUNICATIONS & TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or your services. Our full text messaging terms — including how to opt in, message frequency, costs, and how to reply STOP or HELP — are set out in our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms 2026.

  • Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving services

  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP

  • Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls, email, or mailed communication

  • Message and data rates may apply

SECTION 5  |  ACCEPTABLE USE

When using this site or communicating with us through it, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for a learner

  • Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information about our staff or other users

  • Use the site to harass, threaten, or defame any person

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Attempt to obtain protected health information you are not authorized to receive

We may restrict or terminate access to the site for any conduct described above.

SECTION 6  |  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Regal Behavior Solutions name, logo, and crown mark are our property and may not be used without written permission

  • Site content — text, graphics, documents, forms, and layout — is owned by Regal Behavior Solutions or used under license

  • You may view, download, and print our published materials for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own services

  • You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

  • Third-party marks appearing on the site — including The Mandt System® and assessment instruments — belong to their respective owners

SECTION 7  |  THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our site may link to third-party websites and may use third-party tools for scheduling, forms, analytics, and messaging. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

SECTION 8  |  PAYMENT & FINANCIAL TERMS

Fees, billing, insurance, and financial responsibility are governed by your Financial Agreement, the Fee Schedule & Payer List 2026, and the applicable funding-source addendum — not by this page. Any figure appearing on the website is for general information only and does not establish a rate.

SECTION 9  |  DISCLAIMERS

Website content

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We work to keep information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or up to date.

No guarantee of outcome

Applied behavior analysis is a well-researched approach, and most learners make measurable progress. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including individual needs, attendance, and caregiver participation.

What this section does not do

This section limits our responsibility for the website only. It does not limit, waive, or reduce any obligation we owe you as your service provider, and it does not affect any right you hold under HIPAA, Missouri law, your funding-source contract, or our clinical consent documents. Nothing here asks you to waive a claim relating to your care.

SECTION 10  |  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — WEBSITE USE

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Regal Behavior Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including damages from site downtime, transmission errors, or reliance on general information published on the site.

This limitation applies to the website and online tools only. It does not apply to the provision of behavioral health services, to professional liability, to gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

SECTION 11  |  ACCESSIBILITY

We are working to keep our website usable by people with a wide range of abilities, including compatibility with screen readers and assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier on our site, or need information in an alternate format, contact us at info@regalbehaviorsolutions.com or (636) 400.7778 and we will provide the information to you another way at no cost.

SECTION 12  |  PRIVACY

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy & SMS Terms 2026. If you receive services from us, our use of your protected health information is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices 2026, which governs over both this page and the Privacy Policy with respect to that information.

SECTION 13  |  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be identified at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The version in effect at the time you used the site governs that use.

SECTION 14  |  GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules

  • Any dispute relating to the website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect

  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it

Concerns about your services are not disputes to be litigated — they are things we want to hear about and fix. Please use the grievance process in the Learner Rights & Grievance Statement 2026 first. You may also contact DMH, your health plan, or the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights at any time, and doing so will never affect your services.
