We started because families were waiting too long.
Regal Behavior Solutions was founded in March 2021 by Tamesha Bland, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who had spent years watching St. Louis families sit on waitlists for twelve months or more, waiting for care their children needed the day they were diagnosed.
That wait isn't neutral. Early intervention matters, and a year of waiting is a year of skills not built and behaviors becoming more entrenched. Regal exists to shorten that gap, particularly for families in communities where ABA has historically been hardest to access.
We started with in-home services across St. Louis and St. Charles counties. We've since added a center in Florissant, virtual services, school consultation, supervision, and professional development, each one added because a family, a district, or a clinician told us they couldn't find it anywhere else.
Our mission
To provide high-quality, comprehensive, evidence-based solutions delivered by ethically driven, compassionate professionals in applied behavior analysis, creating meaningful and sustainable outcomes for those we serve.
What we're working toward
ABA that's genuinely accessible in every part of this region, delivered by clinicians who look like and understand the communities they serve. We're not there yet. We're building toward it deliberately.
