Board Certified Behavior Analyst
BCBA, LBAOur BCBAs are the clinical backbone of everything we do. They conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and ensure every goal is implemented with precision and purpose — across clinic, home, and community settings. Collaborating closely with each learner's support team, our BCBAs don't just build plans; they build pathways to meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Provisional Behavior Analyst
PLBAOur PLBAs are in the final stretch of BCBA certification, carrying real caseloads under the close supervision of our clinical team. They write and refine treatment plans, run assessments, and support the RBTs and BTs delivering care day to day — building the supervised hours and hands-on judgment that turn strong training into confident, independent practice.
Registered Behavior Technician
RBTOur RBTs are where the magic happens. Working directly with each learner across clinic, home, and community settings, they bring treatment plans to life — session by session, skill by skill. Under the guidance of a BCBA, our technicians are the hands-on heart of every breakthrough and the driving force behind the meaningful progress our clients make every day.
Behavior Technician
BTOur BTs work one-on-one with learners to turn each session’s goals into real, everyday skills. Whether it’s communication, play, or independence, they show up with patience and consistency, following the plan their BCBA built while staying attuned to what each child needs in the moment. It’s hands-on work, and it changes lives — one small win at a time. This is only a 90 day position, you must complete the 40hr training and sit for the RBT certification.
Fieldwork Experience Trainee
FETOur FETs are graduate-level clinicians in the making. Completing their master's-level fieldwork in Applied Behavior Analysis, they deliver hands-on therapy support across clinic, home, and community settings — gaining real-world experience while contributing meaningfully to the progress of every learner they serve. The future of ABA is being built right here at Regal

Juggling clinician availability, family needs, and clinic capacity, they build schedules that work for everyone — and adjust on the fly when life happens. Detail-oriented and unflappable, they’re the quiet force making sure every learner gets the consistent care that real progress depends on.
